Please use this form to register to receive the London Energy Project Carbon Reduction Commitment Toolkit. You can see which modules you are eligible for by going to http://www.haringey.gov.uk/landing_page_crc. The Guides and Toolkits are all subject to a EULA (End User Licence Agreement) and you must confirm your agreement to the terms of the EULA by ticking the appropriate box(es) below before beginning the registration process.

I want to apply for Module 1 and I agree to the EULA.

Module 1 was published in June 2009 and it is likely that you already have a copy. If so, you do not need to reapply. This guide and toolkit are still useful in your preparations, but you should be aware that they have not been updated since February 2010, and therefore do not take into account some substantive changes to the scheme, such as those announced in the Comprehensive Spending Review.
