Unsung Women's Awards nomination form

As part of International Women's Day 2014, Haringey Council wants to recognise the achievements of women in the borough and the vital role they play in the community. If you would like to nominate someone for this award who has not received one before, please complete the form below. A maximum of two nominations each. All women nominated will be informed by post and invited to a special awards ceremony in the Council Chamber at Wood Green's Civic Centre on Saturday 8th March 2014.
