Appointment

Appointments are offered for every repair we do in your home but no appointments are offered for communal repairs.

Homes for Haringey is responsible for repairs to communal areas of blocks of flats including stairs, door entry systems, communal lighting, landings, communal windows, courtyards and sheds.

Any tenant in the block of flats noticing a repair should report it to us as soon as possible. Once the work has been completed, the workman will attempt to get one of the tenants in the block to agree that the work has been completed - they may not go back to the original tenant that reported the repair.
