Do you know someone who is making a difference in our community? It could be a volunteer, business, GP surgery, teacher or a council worker, or anyone going over and above during this time.
If you do not know the name of the person you want to nominate - someone like a street sweeper, or shop owner etc - then please give us as much detail as possible and we'll try our best to track them down to sing their praises!

Please note
Each nomination must be for one person or one organisation. If you would like multiple people from an organisation to receive an award, please nominate them individually.
Due to the large number of nominations, we will be unable to invite everyone to the award ceremony. If you or your nomination does not receive an invitation to the ceremony, your certificate will be posted to the address provided below.
