Haringey Council holds the records of birth, death and marriage certificates that have taken place in Haringey since 1837 and Civil Partnership Certificates. If you would like a search made of our records, please complete this application form.

Please note: You must have a valid email address to use this form.

• Standard Service orders will be ready for collection or despatch within 15 working days. We will let you know when your order is ready to collect.
• We will contact you within five working days if we cannot process your order.
• Priority Service and International orders ordered by 3pm will be ready for collection or despatch from the next working day. We will contact you by the next working day if we cannot process your order.
• Orders being collected will be available for collection from Haringey Register Office, George Meehan House, 294 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 8JZ. We will let you know when your order is ready to collect.
